Ticket Service Fees
There are two ways for you to buy your Reserved Seating tickets for the Pops.
1. The first is online on the Pops' website (www.calcops.org). When you buy your tickets this way there are 2 small fees added onto each order, a per-ticket fee of $1.50 and a shipping and handling fee of $3.00 per order (whether you buy 2 or 200 tickets, shipping and handling is always just $3.00 per entire order.)
You save even more on Season Tickets because an entire set of 5 tickets for the season is treated as "one ticket" so there's only a $1.50 fee for each season set of 5!
Example - Two Season tickets
- $1.50 per set = $3.00
- $3.00 S&H per order= $3.00
Total online ticket fees = $6.00
2. The second way to buy tickets is by phone with the Pops' office. The only fee that applies is the shipping and handling fee of $3.00 per order.
Example - Two Season tickets
- $3.00 S&H per order= $3.00
Total phone ticket fees = $3.00
These fees do not go to the Pops but are charged by our very reasonable Ticket Service company. They're good folks. All tickets ordered will be mailed with driving & parking information directly from the ticket service agency.

Associations, party host &/or organizations requesting group tickets are to designate a main contact who is responsible as the group coordinator/facilitator, collector of payments for tickets and ticket distributor. A group package including signup sheets, ticket order forms, maps, posters and other promo material are available to your group coordinator upon request. Individual members of groups must contact their organization group coordinator to receive the discount. All tickets for the group are delivered to the group coordinator upon payment. VISA, Mastercard and checks written to the California Pops Orchestra are accepted. Refer to the ticket order form. Group discounts doesn't apply to season ticket since they are already discounted.

Will Call Tickets
Prepaid tickets ordered online or by phone less than four days in advance will be held at the Will Call desk. Will call is available 1/2 hour prior to the show.

No Service Fee for phone orders. There is a $1 ticket exchange fee (see exchange guidelines).
Tickets will be held at the Will Call window or mailed if you provide mailing address in time.
Ticket exchanges
Tickets may be exchanged as long as received by the Pops Office 2 weeks prior to the original ticket show dates. For an exchange return the original tickets with a self addressed stamped envelope & a note requesting the exchange and the new show dates. A $1.00 Service Fee plus the ticket brokers $3 shipping and handling fee will be imposed.
